6:45 am – Cleansing Kriyas/ Pranayama
7:30 am – Yoganga Asanas
10:30 am – Brunch
11:30 am – Karma Yoga
1:00 pm – Self-study & rest
3:00 pm – Chai / Herbal tea
5:00 pm – Walk and Swim to the River Tarn
7:00 pm – Vegetarian Indian Cooking
8:00 pm – Dinner
9:00 pm – Meditative Walk
10:00 pm – Lights Off
