Simple & Peaceful Ashram Accommodation

Life at the Ashram

Beyond the rooms, the ashram provides a supportive environment for daily practice and study. Facilities include two yoga halls for asana, meditation, and teachings, as well as shared spaces for quiet reflection and community living.

Guests have access to a library, filtered drinking water, and wireless internet when needed. Life here is structured around a daily routine that encourages presence, discipline, and the integration of yoga into all aspects of the day.

Fresh Vegetarian Food & Garden

Food at the ashram is prepared fresh each day, following a vegetarian diet rooted in Ayurvedic principles. Whenever possible, ingredients come directly from the ashram’s own garden, where vegetables are grown naturally and with care.

The ashram is also home to several cows, which are treated with respect and devotion. In Indian tradition, the cow is considered sacred, symbolizing nourishment, generosity, and life itself. Great care is given to their well-being, and the milk they provide is used to prepare fresh dairy products such as ghee, buttermilk, paneer, butter, and cream.

Grains are often freshly milled, and meals are prepared in a simple and mindful way, supporting both physical health and clarity of mind. Food here is not only nourishment, but an integral part of the overall experience of balance and harmony.
