This peaceful setting offers a supportive environment for those wishing to step into a more intentional and contemplative way of living.
Experience Ashram Life
Life at the ashram is simple, structured, and centered around daily sadhana. Through yoga, meditation, and study, guests are invited to explore a deeper connection with themselves in a space rooted in tradition, sincerity, and shared practice.
Whether you are new to yoga or already established in your path, living in an ashram environment offers a unique opportunity to step out of routine and experience a different rhythm of life.
Length of Stay
There is no fixed duration for your stay. However, we recommend staying at least a few weeks to allow time to settle and fully benefit from the experience. Longer stays often lead to a deeper understanding and integration of the practices.
First-Time Visitors
If you have never visited an ashram before or are unsure if this environment is right for you, you may first stay in Haridwar or Rishikesh and visit the ashram for a day. This allows you to experience the atmosphere before committing to a longer stay.
Contribution
The ashram operates on a system of suggested donations to support accommodation, food, maintenance of the space, care of the cows (gaushala), and charitable activities. This allows the teachings and environment to be sustained and shared with all who come.
A meaningful way of contributing is also through participation in daily ashram life, respecting the rhythm of the schedule, including aarti, classes, and shared activities.
