This 30-day residential intensive offers an immersive experience of traditional yoga, designed for those wishing to deepen their practice through a sustained period of study, discipline, and daily practice.
Living and practising within the ashram environment, participants are invited to explore yoga beyond the physical practice of asana, approaching it as a broader path of awareness and self-understanding. The training combines regular Hatha Yoga practice with pranayama, meditation, and teachings drawn from the yogic tradition.
The extended format allows time to develop greater consistency and depth in practice, while experiencing the rhythm of ashram life and the value of practising within a dedicated spiritual environment.
Suitable for practitioners wishing to deepen their personal experience of yoga, the intensive offers a month dedicated to practice, study, and inner exploration.
