Yantra Painting
with Mandakini Puri
Experience a meditative and creative approach to inner focus through the practice of Yantra Painting with Mandakini Puri. Rooted in the tantric tradition, this practice combines sacred geometry, mantra, and concentration to support clarity of mind and inner stillness.
During this two-week course, you will learn the foundations of yantra construction while working with specific symbols connected to chakras, planetary energies, or deities. Each yantra is approached as a form of active meditation, supported by the repetition of Vedic mantras and a gradual cultivation of one-pointed focus.
The course also includes an introduction to the symbolic relationships between yantras, the subtle body, and aspects of daily life. Most students begin with the Ganesh Yantra, with guidance offered to choose practices that support individual balance and harmony.
