Shiv Sutra & Pashu krama Yoga (Animal flow)

This two-week residential course with Ganga Puri offers an exploration of the Shiva Sutras alongside the embodied practice of Pashu Krama Yoga, a dynamic form of yoga inspired by the movements and qualities of animals.

Rooted in the non-dual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, the Shiva Sutras offer a profound inquiry into the nature of consciousness, the mind, and our relationship with the Self. Through teachings, reflection, and meditation, participants will be introduced to these ancient aphorisms and invited to explore their meaning through direct experience.

Alongside this philosophical exploration, Pashu Krama Yoga brings awareness into movement through sequences inspired by the natural movements of animals. Combining strength, mobility, coordination, and mindful attention, the practice invites a more instinctive and embodied relationship with the body.

Together, these practices create a space to explore yoga through both contemplation and movement, bringing ancient teachings into lived, embodied experience.
