This two-week residential course with Ganga Puri offers an exploration of the Shiva Sutras alongside the embodied practice of Pashu Krama Yoga.
The ancient scripture of Kashmir Shaivism, also popularly known as the Shiva Sutra, is the most concentrated form of knowledge (sutra) about the various states of consciousness (chetanya) and its evolution in the human body made of three, trine, trika, traya (matrika) and the 36 elements (tatvas). Specific meditative mantras are chanted to awaken the vibrational flow of cosmic energy (prana) in the matrika chakra.
Awakening the consciousness of the body, mind, and soul by the ways ‘upaya’ of SHIVA and SHAKTI. Ancient untold secrets shall be revealed in the form of ‘Sutras’ to tune in and open the painful knot of suffering by supreme Awakening.
Narrated through simple stories of SHIVA and his family, we will understand the elements of nature and their relation to Humanity.
Understanding the importance of Mantra, its repetition ‘japa’, its powers ‘sidhis’, opening nature’s treasure of divine truth, freedom ‘Moksh’.
Pashu (Animal) Kram (sequence) is the sequence of Asanas dedicated to the instinctive power of Animals, like stability, focus, curiosity, politeness, territoriality, dedication, tolerance, motion, aggression, frustration, Peace, presence, etc.
The course will end on Shivaratri, where there will be four Abhishekams every 3 hrs at the Samadhi Mandir from 6 pm to 6 am. All-night sleep fast celebration with Shiva songs and Kirtan.

Practical Information
Arrival and departure dates follow the lunar cycle; however, guests are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer. Some courses may begin following a new or full moon fire ceremony.
