This one-month residential intensive offers an immersive exploration of traditional Yoga Therapy, bringing together the practices, philosophy, and healing traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Through daily Hatha Yoga, participants deepen their experience of asana, pranayama, and meditation, while exploring Ayurvedic approaches to health and healing. The programme also introduces subtle and energetic practices through mantra and yantra, alongside therapeutic techniques including acupressure and pranic healing.
Study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita provides a philosophical foundation for the month, inviting participants to explore yoga not only as a physical discipline, but as a broader approach to understanding the body, mind, and Self.
Guided by YogAcharya Mandakini Puri, Dr. Alaknanda Puri, and YogAcharya Ganga Puri, the intensive combines study, practice, and ashram life within the traditional setting of the banks of the Ganga.
