Patanjali Yoga Sutras Courses

Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice through the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, a foundational text of classical yoga philosophy.

This course offers an introduction to the eight limbs of yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), exploring the progressive path from discipline of the body and mind to states of meditation and inner absorption. Through the four chapters — Samadhi, Sadhana, Vibhuti, and Kaivalya — the teachings unfold as a practical guide to understanding the nature of the mind and the process of inner transformation.

Open to all sincere students, this study supports a deeper understanding of yoga — whether one is new to the path or looking to strengthen the foundation of an existing practice.

Rather than remaining theoretical, the Yoga Sutras are approached as a living text — offering tools for self-observation, clarity, and consistency in daily life. The emphasis is placed on cultivating awareness, discipline, and a steady relationship with one’s own practice.

Courses are primarily offered in a residential format, where the daily rhythm of ashram life provides a supportive environment to integrate the teachings into direct experience. This course may also be made available online upon request, allowing participants to engage with the philosophy within their own daily lives.
